Carland College was granted a license by the State of North Carolina on January 11, 2008, to award the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and the Master of Entrepreneurship degrees. Carland is chartered by the North Carolina Secretary of State, and its Articles of Incorporation, and Corporate Bylaws, and all Amendments thereto are available for downloading through the highlighted links. The originals are maintained in the office of the Chief Executive Officer of the institution at 1944 Hendersonville Road, Building 1, Suite L, Asheville, North Carolina, 28803, and are available for review on request during normal working hours by any person.

Carland College is not currently accredited by any agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. We are pursuing accreditation and we intend to achieve that status at the earliest possible time, however we make no assurances or guarantees that we will be successful in achieving accreditation.
